What’s it look like?
The Digital Welcome Guide is a tool developed by our teams, totally FREE for the owners we work with.
The Guide is a private web page, specially designed for your property. It includes the following elements:
Welcome text with your guest’s first name so that it is truly personalized,
Name and full contact details of the WeCare Manager who will be the contact person for your guests,
For each of your customers, we add their summary of their stay (Airbnb reservation number, date of arrival, number of nights, date of departure…),
We clearly indicate the rules of your property so that everything is well understood by your guests,
We develop the Manual for your property. That is to say the concrete use of all your devices, such as knowing how to use your “smart tv”, use your safe, properly adjust the air conditioning in each room to minimize costs, etc…
Then we give all the best local advice, close to your villa such as where to go shopping, where to eat well, good addresses for shopping, what to do on Koh Samui and finally the best leisure activities,
All the phone numbers to contact in case of emergency,
And finally a map to locate precisely your villa on Koh Samui. Very useful so that your guests don’t get lost.

This tool is a real complement to the descriptions written in your Airbnb listing. Your guests will find something concrete, and we know they love it.
